PPS

The project involves the removal of six existing Hamworthy boilers and their replacement with Trigon L+ high-efficiency boilers. The works will include the safe isolation, disconnection, dismantling and removal of the existing boiler plant, associated pipework and redundant components.

The new Trigon L+ boilers will be installed and connected to the existing heating, gas, electrical and control systems. The project will also include necessary modifications to flue systems, pumps, valves, headers and associated services to ensure compatibility with the new equipment.

Following installation, the system will be pressure-tested, commissioned and fully integrated with the existing building management system. All works will be completed in accordance with current health and safety requirements, manufacturer instructions and relevant industry standards, with minimal disruption to building occupants.

The completed installation will provide improved energy efficiency, reliability, controllability and maintainability, while reducing operational costs and supporting the long-term performance of the heating system.
